HEALTH DEPARTMENT PACKAGE
The Health Department Package consists of one hour of consulting time and provides customers
with a sample health department plan created and used for coffee cart businesses to apply for county push cart health
permits. The health department package will be sent via U.S. mail containing a sample health department proposal, a sample
presentation folder and pre-printed specification sheets and pictures for duplication. The majority of material will be
located on a cd-rom for review, personalization and printing. Customers can simply open the proposals and
fill in the required fields with their personal and future business information.
